We don't resell someone else's cloud. We buy the silicon, rack it, and stand behind it. Everyone here is close to the hardware, whatever their job title says.

A handful of engineers run infrastructure that most companies would staff with hundreds. You'll own systems end to end, and your name will be on the runbook.
